ANZAC blog post

Last year we went to Wellington and we went to Te Papa museum to see the war display. It was fun to learn about what happened at war and to see the war people like soldiers and nurses and animals. I also like looking at the weapons.

 Panikeke are Samoan round pancakes. Today me and my aunty made some with:

flour
eggs
milk
baking powder
crushed pineapples

You have to fry them in a pot for some minutes. When they are brown then take them out.

Playing Speed with my brother

Me and my brother were playing Speed. Speed is a game you play using cards. Each player has 20 cards. If you put all of your cards down first and say speed, you win the game.

Baking with my aunty

Today me and my aunty baked a cake. It was a chocolate cake. 

These were the ingredients:

• Milk
• Sugar
• Salt
• Flour
• Oil
• Cocoa powder
• Eggs
• Vanilla essence
