My home learning for tonight

 Tonight, after my netball game, I had to do my home learning. This is a book I got from lockdown last year. It was delivered to our house and my aunty says its a really good book for me to work on. Tonight I did some units. I recorded a screencast to tell you about what I did today.

Fishing trip to Kerikeri

My family and I love to travel to Kerikeri up north. We have family who live there and we have been going there since I was young. The drive to Kerikeri is four hours long. It is fun riding in the car and listening to music. We also play games like spotting cows and sheep when we drive past the farms. My uncle and I love fishing so we catch a lot of fish there. Here are some photos of the fish we caught in our last trip. We love eating snapper and kahawai.

I’m a Year 5 at Glenbrae School in Auckland, New Zealand.

My teacher is Mrs Manuel, and I’m in Room 8.

My favourite subjects are maths and reading.

My favourite food is Mc Donalds, because it’s delicious!

On the weekends I like to play my ps4

A normal Saturday for me

On a cold morning I woke up on my warm bed and I got ready for rugby. I had to get my rugby shoes, mouth guard, my drink bottle and my socks. I am in Varsity U10. We are called The Titans. We have a big team with strong and fast players. Our coach is Nick. He is cool. I like playing rugby because it is a fun game and I like having my family cheer me on the field. After rugby, my uncle and aunty and I go out for a family lunch. Then we come home and clean our house. That is Saturday for me most of the days. 

Winning Glenbrae's Got Talent instrument prize

On the second of June me and some of my class mates and other classes were in the Glenbrae's Got Talent. I was the first one to go up and perform. The song that I played is called Beach Party after I played then the others went to sing and dance.  I got the first prize for instrument in the show this year. I was very happy and proud of myself. My family were proud of me too.
